The staff is friendly and attentive.

Our experience was marred by slow check-in processes, which felt inefficient. We had to re-register all our guests despite doing it online beforehand. Additionally, the all-inclusive drinks were low quality and lacking in variety, leaving us disappointed. The food was often reused, which did not meet our expectations during our stay.

Our family had an enjoyable stay! The ocean view from room 818 was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We loved the kitchenette for meal prep. The beach was stunning, and we enjoyed the pool area. It's super close to the Marina and Palma Real golf clubs, and Zihuatanejo is just a short drive away for some authentic local dining. The friendly staff made our stay even better!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was pretty spotty in our room on the fifth floor. We found it worked better in the lobby, so keep that in mind if you need to stay connected.

We had a fantastic time in our Junior Suite with a stunning view and excellent air conditioning. The beach access was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the outdoor swimming pool where we spent hours chilling out. Great stay by the beach!

Perfect spot for the beach and shopping. The staff was super friendly when I walked in. My room had a stunning ocean view and was comfy too. Grabbed snacks at the poolside bar which were nice, but the food options weren’t the greatest. Totally worth the price though!
